Butter Cake With American Butter Cream frosting;
Butter Cake:

Ingredients:
🌺Flour -250g
🌺Sugar-250g
🌺Eggs-5
🌺Butter-250g
🌺B.powder-2 tspn
🌺Milk -1/4 cup
🌺Vanilla essence- 1 1/2 tspn
Method
1.pre-heat the oven to 175c.
2.Beat the butter until creamy.
3.Add sugar into 3-4 batches and beat well after each Bach.
3.Gradually add the eggs one at time and beat it until smooth.
4.Then add milk and vanilla essence
5.Finally add the flour which is mixed with baking powder,fold it until well combined.
6.Pour batter into the lined and greased cake tray.(I did in cup cake liners)
7.Bake for 35-40 minutes .insert a tooth pick to check wether it comes out clean.then it’s ready.
8.cool it on a wire rack.
American Butter Cream frosting:
🌺250g butter
🌺400g Icing sugar
🌺1 tablespoon Milk
🌺1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
1.Sieve icing sugar.
2.Beat the butter Until creamy.
3.Add the icing sugar little by little and beat until everything mixed well.
4.Add the vanilla Essence and beat again.
