Fried Fish Cubes

ingredients:
1 lb fish without bones
2 big onions
2 tomatoes
8 oz (200 gms)bean sprouts
1 pod garlic
a peice of ginger
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
1 stalk celery
1 cup oil
1 tbsp soya sauce
salt and pepper
2 green chillies

method:
mince fish,season with salt and pepper and mix well.add vinegar and ginger and garlic crushed,add beaten egg,green chillies and mix.make it into cubes and fry. remove from heat.put oil to a pan, add ginger garlic,fry onions (chopped),tomatoes,and beat sprouts,add chopped celery add the fish cubes and mix well.
