π1kg Flour
π4 teaspoons Yeast
π6 tablespoons Milk powder or fresh milk 2 cups

πWarm water to knead

1.Add Flour to a bowl with sugar, yeast, egg and salt,Mix it nicely knead with warm milk and warm water.knead for about 3 minutes to develop the dough.
2.Once the dough is smooth and elastic, add the butter and continue kneading until the butter is completely incorporated.
3.Knead until the dough is smooth, shiny and elastic.
4.Cover with a damp cloth or cling film and leave it aside to rise for one hour.
5.Divide the dough into 80g Balls.Roll each dough balls with a cupped-hand it into a ball. to form a ball.
6.place the dough balls on parchment lining baking sheet about 2-3 inches apart.press each one down slightly to form into a slight disk shape.
7.leave it aside to proof again for 45 minutes.i kept it inside the oven to rise.you can cover with plastic wrap too.
8.Apply Milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top .
Bake in a preheated oven at 190c for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
9.Immediately after baking, whilst still hot, brush a bit of butter on the buns, then cover with a kitchen towel to retain moisture and keep them soft.
When you’re ready to eat load them up with your favorite fixings and any type of burger you please!!!
My Tip:
πΉwhen you knead the dough always use warm milk or warm water.Cold Milk is fine, though it may potentially lengthen your rising times a bit.
πΉFor making ahead,It’s best to freeze as these buns freeze beautifully! You can freeze for up to 2 months.
πΉYou can make this and store in room temperature for up to 3 days.
πΉFreeze in a Zip log bag or Container.
πΉI prefer to slice them in half and roasting them before filling them.
